Making Bank

Our motto has always been assisting the distressed. That could be with a simple hygiene kit to start-up counseling and funding for a small business to obtaining a mortgage after a year of credit repair.. We meet people where they are and help them get to where they are their best.

Palmetto Promises at Eileen Place

Our HUSH program lays out a path to homeownership for people who have low incomes, low-to-no credit and especially people who are routinely declined for rental.
Our goal is to coordinate a parallel of the mortgage to the same or less than market rate rental.

Women In Transition

The WIT program offers women in transition a path to homeownership by providing life-coaching, wellness classes, financial literacy and mentors.
